1. Membership & Access
By joining The Connected Breastfeeding Co. membership, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
Your login details are personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to the membership is ongoing for as long as the program exists. If the membership is discontinued, access will end at that time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership at our discretion.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not routinely offered. If you feel the membership is not the right fit, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Community Space
This membership includes access to a shared community space.
This space is designed to be supportive, respectful, and aligned with the values of connection, trust, and non-judgement.
Community questions are reviewed and responded to Monday to Friday. While we aim to provide consistent support, responses are not provided in real time.
This space is not monitored for urgent concerns.
We reserve the right to remove access to the community or membership if behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or not aligned with these values.
4. Acceptable Use
By joining, you agree to:
- Use the membership for personal use only
- Not share your login details with others
- Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the membership.
5. Program Content
All content within the membership, including videos, resources, and materials, is the intellectual property of The Connected Breastfeeding Co.
Content is provided for your personal use only. Some resources may be downloaded for personal use, however they must not be shared, copied, or used for commercial purposes.
6. Changes to the Membership
We may update, modify, or improve the membership content, structure, or pricing at any time to ensure the program remains current and relevant.
7. Access & Technical Issues
We use third-party platforms to deliver this membership. While we aim to provide consistent access, there may be times where the platform is temporarily unavailable.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by external systems or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Email Communication
By joining the membership, you agree to receive email communication related to your access, updates, and support.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
9. Disclaimer
All content within this membership is provided for general education and information purposes only.
While I am a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), this membership does not replace individual medical or lactation care.
Support within this membership is general in nature and intended to provide guidance, education, and reassurance. It is not designed for the assessment or management of specific or complex feeding concerns.
If you have concerns about your baby’s feeding, health, or your own wellbeing, it is important that you seek support from your doctor, midwife, or a qualified health professional, or book a 1:1 consultation for individualised care and a tailored plan.
Due to the group setting, personalised clinical advice is not appropriate, as it may compromise confidentiality, does not prioritise the individual needs of you and your baby, and may not provide the level of support required.
You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the information provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Connected Breastfeeding Co. is not liable for any loss, damage, or outcomes resulting from the use of this membership or the information provided.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the membership indicates your acceptance of any changes.
